[Audio, locked to the Hyperion] [morning after the fire]

Attention residents,

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but the cause of last nights fire was located and dealt with. It was a accident but the flame was contained and the smoke itself did the most damage.

Lorne wished for me to express our most sincere apologies to everyone and promises that not only will the months rent be halved but he'll be paying for the steam cleaning of all the apartments that were smoke damaged over the coarse of next week.

Your homes are safe to return to, feel free to do so as you please.

Special thanks go to Lance and Miria for their brave efforts as well as all the residents who looked out for one another, and the Floramon clerk working at the 24-7 mini mart.

[Locked to security team, Lorne and Dell]

Right...for those who weren't briefed last night, the source of the fire was a pile of curtains and broken wood set ablaze in the kitchen of one of the apartments on the second floor, Miss Ruffnut lives there. She is...as I was when I arrived not familiar with technology so when it got dark she opened the windows in her apartment and lit a fire as she would have done at home. She didn't realize that the fire was built right under an air vent nor that it would pump the smoke into the hall.

What do we do?

You're telling me a trained DATS professional just left a Neanderthal who has had little-to-no education of the world she currently resides in in a hotel room by herself?

Forgive me but this seems to be more than just an oversight or a spell of misplaced judgment. I have two digimon minors staying in my room and I myself was away part of the night. Not to mention the extensive notes and other work that may have been damaged.

He left her with her Digimon partner who had decided to leave for a few hours to take a walk, he had forgotten that she didn't know enough about how things worked.

If there has been any damage Lorne has expressed he will go to great lengths to make compensation for it.

And on a personal note...it seems rude to hack your way into a locked discussion.

That still seems like irresponsible behavior. As I recall, she seemed to have no trouble trying to attack the car with her digimon present.

Lung damage is refundable now?

I felt since the lives of those staying with me had been under threat I believed I was owed more than a simply apology and peace-offering.

Re: [Haxxors] [Seems like regular Arty wouldn't care much either~]

Stepping in for my all too eager security girl, I'm sorry for the trouble Artemis, what would seem like an appropriate compensation for this oversight in the education of our young warrior woman?

Assurance that something like this won't happen again. I don't care how good the rent or the facilities are if I don't think my charges are safe.

Strictly speaking graham cracker, no where in this world is absolutely safe for you or your adorable Digi-siblings. We do our best here and that's all that can be asked. Other then stressing the importance of teaching the less..tech savy about this world or finding a foster family to help them get acquainted with the world there's not much more we can do.

I'm sorry to hear that, Mr Lorne.
